# Rebuild inputs and evidence order

Use this order when rebuilding the historical website:

## Tier 1: first-party recovered HTML

- Use the three deduplicated Om homepage states as the structural source of truth.
- Use the 2022 and 2024 OCM homepage captures as a separate predecessor layer.
- Preserve capture date, source host, original URL, title, category, price, and image URL for every imported record.
- Recreate the WordPress/Astra/Elementor/WooCommerce composition from the fingerprints and page IDs, but do not claim the missing original CSS or binary media was recovered.

## Tier 2: first-party/external catalogue collateral

- Use the 20-page OCM catalogue PDF for category names, printed rates, dimensions, collection copy, contact claims, and visual direction.
- Keep catalogue claims dated to the PDF and separate from the Wayback HTML. A catalogue entry is not automatically a website product record.

## Tier 3: indexed detail-page evidence

- Use `SEARCH_INDEXED_PRODUCT_EVIDENCE.md` only as a provisional detail layer for Cotton Safal.
- Label search-indexed fields as indexed, not archived/downloaded, until an owner export or live-origin recovery confirms them.

## Tier 4: public business corroboration

- Use `HOST_CONTINUITY_DOSSIER.md` to understand the likely OCM-to-Om migration.
- Do not publish GST, address, phone, email, or ownership claims as current without owner confirmation. Third-party directories are corroboration only.

## Asset policy

Use the recovered catalogue PDF, hero-video thumbnail, and four external demo icons only with their provenance labels. Do not substitute unrelated image-search results for the missing original product photography. The 179-row media manifest is the exact handoff list for owner-provided uploads or hosting backups.

## Completion gate for a high-fidelity rebuild

The rebuild is visually and content-complete only after the owner supplies the original `wp-content/uploads`, WordPress export/database, Elementor templates, or hosting backup. Without one of those sources, the correct deliverable is a faithful evidence-based reconstruction with explicit placeholders—not an invented pixel-perfect clone.
